One piece of context: 151’s print run is winding down

There’s a supply story sitting underneath all of this. Multiple market-watchers have reported that Pokémon Card 151 (SV2a) has largely wound down its main print run following the Spring 2026 Regulation Mark G rotation — the point at which cards carrying the “G” mark stop receiving new print runs. We haven’t been able to confirm a hard cut-off date from an official Pokémon Company source, so treat this as an observed market consensus rather than an announcement: small restocks may still surface, but a large new reprint wave looks unlikely.
